How to Download the app?

You can download any of our apps via the Apple App Store or via the Google Play Store

Do I need a different account for each app?

No you don't - Once you have a single member account you can log in to all apps and all websites using that same member account.

Can I earn and redeem points from any brand with any app?

Yes you can! With our one of a kind program you can use any branded at any one of our brands or islands as they are all linked to a single member profile.

Do points expire?

No they do not. Your current points do not expire but your Total points are reset to 0 at the end of every year.

Does your membership status reset?

Your status is set based on your total points at the end of each year. Your total points reset at the end of every year an you have 1 year to build up your membership status. Please see our Membership Tier page for more information.

Can I send an eGift to more than one person?

Yes you can. Once you go to our gift Portal you can send as many eGifts as you want to as many of your family or friends

Can I order via App and Website?

Yes you can - you can order from our app or websites and earn points from both.
