Forgot Password

To Sign in, open the app. The app will load to the Sign in page.
Enter your Username and Password and then select ”Sign In” to Sign in.

If you have forgotten your password, on the sign in page, select “ Forgot Password”
Enter your email address linked to your account and then select “Reset”
A new password will then be sent to your email address
Use this new password to log in.
You can then change your password in the settings page when you are signed in

To edit your profile, click on the Profile icon to the top right of the app
Then select “ Edit Profile”
Make any changes you wish
Then select “Save”

To earn points for in store purchases using your app, click on the barcode to the top right of your app home page
This will open a barcode that needs to be scanned before you checkout in store
Simply tap the barcode to close
Points are applied automatically for online purchases.

To purchase a gift card to your wallet click on the “Wallet” icon on the app footer.
Then select “+ Purchase Gift Card”
Then Select the country you are in
Select the amount you will like to purchase as well as if you will like to auto-reload.
Enter your credit card info
Finally, select " Buy"
Your Gift Card will now appear in your wallet.

To add a gift card to your wallet click on the “Wallet” icon on the app footer.
Then select “ + Link Gift Card”
You will then need to enter your gift card number (located to the back of your card) as well as your gift card CVV number.
Select “Link Card”
If your gift card does not have a CVV number please message us in app or email us at feedback@pizzaboys.com and we will add it to your profile for you.

To pay in store with a gift card, go to the “ Wallet” icon on the app footer
Tap on the Gift Card you want to use.
Select "Pay" to display your Gift Card barcode.
Scan this barcode in store when prompted by our team member.

To pay online with a Gift Card, when in the checkout page, select Gift Card as the payment method.
You will then need to select the Gift Card you wish to use.

To Auto-Reload your Gift Card, go to your Wallet and select "Manage" on your select Gift Card.
Then Select "Settings"
Then turn "Auto-Reload" on
You will need to select the Auto-Reload amount as well as add/select a Credit Card to have on file.

To manually reload a Gift Card, go to your Wallet and select "Reload" on the Gift Card you want to reload.
You will then need to select the amount and the Credit Card on file to charge to reload.

To see your Gift Card History, go to your Wallet and select "Manage" on your select Gift Card.
Then Select "History"
You will be able to see all Gift Card payments and reloads.

To remove your Gift Card from your Wallet, go to your Wallet and select "Manage" on your select Gift Card.
Then Select "Remove Card"
Once removed from your wallet, you can always add it back by selecting " + Link Gift Card”.

To add an additonal gift card to your wallet click on the “Wallet” icon on the app footer.
Then select “+ Purchase Gift Card”
Then Select the country you are in
Select the amount you will like to purchase as well as if you will like to auto-reload.
Enter your credit card info
Finally, select " Buy"
Your Gift Card will now appear in your wallet.

To Order Online, Select the "Order" icon on the app footer on the app home page.
You will then need to select your order method of Pick Up or Delivery to proceed.
Once you select your order method, you will then need to select what location you want to order from.

If you select Delivery, you will need to add an address to your profile. If the address selected is within our delivery zones, you will be directed to the closest location.
To add a new address, select "Add New". Then enter all your address info and select "Create".
Your address is now saved to your profile for future ordering.

After you select your location, you will be taken to our menu.
Please select your order from our wide menu variety.
You can choose to "Quick Add" based on options we choose for you or you can customise your order just the way you like.

To pay with Points or to redeem an offer, Select "Available Offers" when in the checkout page.
You can select each offer only once but can select multiple different offers to redeem.
Repeat this process until you have redeemed all the offers/points you choose.

You will then need to select a credit card already on your profile or add a new credit card to your profile.

When in our Gift Card module, select the Gift Card Design, delivery date and amount you wish to send.
Enter the recipient and sender information
Proceed to the checkout page and pay.
Gift cards scheduled for today will be sent immediately.
